Services and general conditions for renting the self-contained holiday house Our holiday house is equipped for 6 adults and one baby in a foldable children's bed. You may rent by the week (independent of the number of persons), from saturday 4pm to saturday 10am. The prices are valid from the 1st of January to the 31 of December. Please contact us for next year's prices. Your rent includes: the provision of bedding, bath and hand towels Electricity, water and central heating A supply of wood and coal for the BBQ For visitors without a vehicle, we offer a free shuttle from the trainstation (Valence TGV) Depending on our availability, we can also drive you to town or to a supermarke for a small charge (5 Euros per return trip). Your obligations The lessor is expected to exercise care and respect for people and things. The lessor should carry personal liability insurance. Check-out time is no later than 10 am on the day of departure. You are required to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition (a cleaning service for 50 Euros is available) The prices Our tariffs depend on the season: - High season: 850 Euros per week - Shoulder season: 700 Euros per week - Low season: 600 Euros per week - Weekends (firday evening - sunday evening): 250 Euros
